I love Jesus, My husband, my children, and all things natural
In the Fall of 2013, while searching for natural body and facial products, I stumbled across instructions on how to make natural soap. At first, I thought it would be too difficult, so I dismissed the whole idea. I ended up revisiting the idea of making soap and after trying it, I fell in love with it. As a result, I went back to school to fine-tune my knowledge of essential oils. As of December 2021, I have completed my Master of Science in Aromatherapy. I enjoy making clean and safe skin products to help maintain healthy skin and soothe skin with problematic symptoms.
In the Fall of 2017 was introduced to Trim Healthy Mama. I was desperate to lose weight and was ready to try anything. I struggled to learn the plan and stay committed to my weight loss journey, but in 2021, I decided to take things seriously and go for my Trim Healthy Mama Coaching Certificate. After delivering two babies 18 months apart using the plan, I can truly say that it is working for me.
In the Summer of 2020, we moved into our newly renovated home in a rural part of Maryland. I had entertained the idea of starting a garden, but I was so afraid to do so. I was fearful of bugs and concerned that I would kill my garden, so I brushed it off. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, I thought about it again but dismissed the idea. A few months later after talking with a family member, I made the decision to jump in and do it. Some family in the area provided me with some helpful information and one family member tilled the soil for me. That first year was very interesting, being pregnant and all, but I enjoyed it, bugs and all. I still do not like most bugs, but I have definitely roughened up a bit.
