My DIY Organic Garlic & Herb Seasoning
If you are like me, I love, love, love the Garlic & Herb salt-free seasoning by Mrs. Dash, or Dash as it is now called. With costs going up and because of my frequent use of this seasoning, I decided to learn how to make this seasoning with organic ingredients. You are not required to use organic ingredients, but if possible, do try. You are also not required to make as much as I do. Just divide the recipe to fit your needs.
Organic Garlic & Herb Seasoning
This seasoning will take your meals to the next level. It is the easiest seasoning recipe you can make and it is almost impossible to mess this up. Give this recipe a try, especially if you are trying to lower your sodium consumption.

Instructions
- Set out a bowl that is large enough to hold a minimum of 4 cups of ingredients.
- Set out all of the herbs and spices you will be combining.
- Make sure you have a tablespoon handy.
- Start adding the required amounts of each ingredient to your bowl.
- Once combined, use your tablespoon to then stir and mix the ingredients.
- Once everything looks well combined, store it in a 32-ounce mason jar with a lid, or a glass container of choice with a lid.
- When you are ready to use your garlic and herb, use it just as you would use any other salt-free seasoning blend.
- Enjoy 😊
Notes
- I use a generous amount of my garlic and herb seasoning on meats as a marinade along with mayonnaise or white vinegar.
- When some recipes ask for fresh garlic or even a smaller blend of herbs and spices, I typically use this blend.
- If you are unable to find some of these ingredients already grounded in a small consistency, you can always ground them yourself using a coffee grinder and spice grinder combo or even some blenders.
- If you have a difficult time finding organic ingredients, then conventional ingredients will work just fine.
